The following are delivering and ordering specifications:

ROLL SIZE

2’ x 5’″ = 10 square feet

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges depend on size of sod order and delivery address.

HOW TO ORDER SOD

Customer name, address, telephone number and payment are required at the time of order. Please place the order with at least 48 hours lead time.

PALLETS

Phone/on account orders: $20.00 deposit is charged on pallets, refundable on return. Online orders: no pallet refund available.

DEMURRAGE (UNLOAD TIME)

A standard delivery takes approximately 5 minutes to unload a pallet. For any delivery above 5 minutes per pallet we will charge $80 per hour to unload. This would be for long driveways and/or difficult delivery sites, etc. We are more than willing to help out and unload your pallets where it is convenient for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prepayment with a credit card or cash when placing order unless you are approved on credit.  If credit has not been established all sales must be paid in full at the time of order. Notice is required within 48 hours if sod is damaged.

COMBINE YOUR SOD AND NURSERY ORDER 

You can add trees and sod to the same order. Simply call us for detail and combine your orders on the same truck for a small handling fee.
