Ash

Ash are attractive and cold hardy trees with a uniform growth pattern. They are a medium-sized deciduous tree that grows throughout the Northern Hemisphere. The narrow fruits, called samaras, are one-seeded and winged. The flowers usually are small and grow in showy clusters, and some species have petaled blooms. Ash trees typically have attractive bark that develops ridges or more texture as they mature.
